Africall 4+

I am giving this a single star, and I am happy to come back within another review again.
Its cheaper to use but these are my concerns
1. Its not possible to get a response from the Africall or developers if you have any issue. I have send them emails, whatsapp msg, and even calling but no one attends to you.
2. My balance has just disappeared without warning or using it. No explanation as to why.
3. You call log is not organised in a coherent way or dates, its mixed
4. Recharging you balance takes ages and not straight forward
5. The app has not been updated for a long time and sometimes it crushes.

There is great potential and will likely continue to use the app with the hope that these issues will be fixed otherwise I will consider migrating to other providers

Found out about the app 2 yrs ago, only started using it 2 wks ago. Sound quality is amazing, good value for money and I love the never ending conversations with my granddad, not rushed and feel content we won’t get cut off.

The app is easy and straightforward to top up when it work, currently been unable to top for the past 3 days. I have not been able to speak with my grandpa and I have a terrible airlock as a result 😔
Please guys sort it out. 😘

Someone recommend this app for, have been trialing it

>When I eventually managed it couldn’t pick contacts from my phonebook

>then I noticed my balance had gone blank. Tried to reboot, switch phone on and off, remove app and reinstall, logout and back in, nothing worked.
Trusted to call customer care. Goes to voicemail and they haven’t returned any of my calls even though I keep calling them.
> tried to contact them via whatsapp, could take up to a day before I get a response. Told to reboot my internet told them I had done all that. Now they have gone quiet even though my messages have been blue ticked.

If I could give a zero rating I would have.
