Love the game but have issues

The game is supposedly cool, but some of the tasks are way to difficult, even for experienced troops. However, my main issue, which I have already complained about to customer service, is that the game keeps kicking me out constantly. As a result, I am losing a significant amount of coins and other prizes. Customer service is useless and they demand video evidence, which I have already explained I cannot provide since I only have my smartphone. There is nothing wrong with my phone, as I have followed all the steps that customer service instructed and even had it checked by Apple to ensure everything is functioning properly. I have no idea what the problem is, but it would be great if I could actually receive some helpful solutions. It's infuriating that I play for let’s say 30 minutes and during this time the game kicks me out at least 2-3 times. Sometimes, it doesn't even load in after several attempts. Can I get some help please?

Excellent game

After both me and my son playing this game, we are both completely hooked!! I’ll admit I even had to request a refun for some packs from the game as my son used my card instead of his by accident and went a little crazy, but it’s so easy to do as you can spend hours at a time on it. Hopefully fingers crossed apple fixes the refund quickly and it doesn’t affect any gameplay as this is easily my favourite mobile game

Full of Gangs that bully players and Crash’s a lot

I have been playing this game for around 8 months now. I would say it’s okay to download and play if your just curious but if you want to play as a casual or play more seriously. You will need to join a gang, the gangs leaders are usually someone that spends a lot on the game and has his own click, you will have to follow what they do otherwise you will get left behind. You will also need to spend a lot if you’re looking to progress and this game makes you grind a lot, you will need to log in every day and do missions to get your rewards. The game is okay like this but there are a few issues with this game first, there a lot of crashes! Due to the so many things on screen to click on! Secondly, the gangs run the game! You will be attacked if you’re not in a gang and then if you’re gang decides you’re to weak they can attack / bully you too! Wouldn’t recommend this game for children, as some people are very aggressive in the chat and say weird stuff.
