Amazing
Really good app. I am so grateful to Agria for this as the Vet I spoke with had no agenda. I appreciate her advice and suggestions. I needed a second opinion and I am so pleased with her. I explained Harvey’s issue and based on that she gave me her recommendation which is what I had hoped to hear. I didn’t say anything to her about what I wanted but listened to her and I totally think her opinion is better than what Harvey’s current vet is suggesting.
Doesn't work in landscape mode on iPad
This is one of those annoying apps that only works in Portrait mode on iPad, meaning my case/stand is useless and I'd have to find something to prop it up if I need to make a call. Also doesn't respect iOS keyboard shortcuts so I have to type everything out. I've registered, needs email and phone number - I entered a throw-away email that removes trackers and the confirmation link it sent did nothing. Started again with my real email (that Agria have on record I guess) and that worked and it linked to my Agria insurance details so I guess that's fine. I hope they improve the UI.
Agria vet guide
First time using. Maturer lady. I didn’t understand the settings/ camera/microphone etc part of the process, then a call to me when I spoke but heard no reply then a call from Sweden made me suspicious of a scam so I didn’t answer it, gave up and didn’t expect the next call when the vet’s actual name came up.
I would definitely use the service again. Thank you.
