App full of bugs
This app is so full of bugs that it is impossible to send feedback via the app. Just will not accept submission even though all fields are completed.
Furthermore it is impossible to book a flight if you are a frequent flyer member. I get all the way to the payment page and submit my credit card details and then it goes all the way back to the frequent flyer id and says me email address is invalid (which it is not). So then I have to start again - still not working. Have to go through a browser and not use the app at all.
Atrocious!
Online check-in from Kuala Lumpur isn’t available. Other than that, the app functions well.
The app doesn’t include online check-in for passengers flying from Kuala Lumpur. Even though this route i.e. KUL-SHJ is only recently est. i.e. July 2019 (ref. Routes Asia 2020), a pleasant feature such as this could have attracted many more travellers from Malaysia especially Umrah travel companies; bulk cheap flight fares for Umrah. Little do people realise the impact of one small added feature could have to their business. This is my first time travelling with Air Arabia. My flight is tomorrow and I can’t check-in online and cannot afford to queue long lines whilst my mother is sick. Please add the KUL-SHJ online check-in feature. Thanks.
An absolute useless app and useless airline
I have been trying to add extra baggage to my trip for the last 5 days but it has been imposible… I can see myself flying only with hand luggage due to the inefficiency of the app, customer care and the company aa a whole. I won’t be flying with you never ever again.
Btw don’t push people to call your cal center to a payable phone number i.e. 50p per minute to rip off the average citizen, shame on you!!!
