Very surprised that it actually works
Works well but I noticed information needs to be Populated from online account when you log in . You need to re enter special meals etc. Seat selection checking process is surprisingly good. Keep up the good work Air India. My special Meals ordered were not supplied on board despite profile saying Kosher Meal.
Booking and paying
I have used this app before but wasn’t too bad but used to book tickets today - absolute nightmare unable to make booking as not taking my payment rang customer service and they say it’s being updated. Very frustrating when you want to book.
App just crashed
I was booking my tickets yesterday and after payment details were taken the app waited for few seconds and it’s just got closed automatically. I tried to open it again after sone time but it just doesn’t launch. I don’t have any idea what happened. Although u hit my itinerary on mail but I wanted to be sure from app. The app doesn’t work. Please help.
