Half-baked
The iPhone app has a fraction of the features of the desktop app, despite the AirCall sales team and documentation strongly suggesting it’s a like for like replacement.
We can’t use the desktop app as we have thin clients using Citrix, and were promised this would be a suitable alternative - so bought each agent an iPhone to use at their desks…!
A big win would be the ability to do warm call transfers.

Integral to our business
We needed a smart solution for a phone system we could deploy in our company which we could use in any location on any device during Covid. This system streamlined the process for us and makes us far more efficient for our customers. The app does miss some features found on the desktop version, but we can more than get by without these.
All round a fantastic product and service. Would highly recommend 👌

Great desktop and phone app!
We love using this app throughout our company for all our calls, and it is fully integrated with our CRM software HubSpot, including slack! Now that we all work so remotely this app has been a great way for us to manage our calls and for the best part it works very effectively. You do need to ensure you have a stable internet connection.
