I’ve had this app fir well over a year now and must admit its great but does have a major floor that is so annoying .You don’t have to worry about this app you just shop away and eligible shops get added to your reward bonus balance EXCEPT…… Wilko .. purchases from this store never snd I mean never appear on your rewards balance , you have to save your receipt and then x30 days after purchase you then have to upload the receipt and then it gets verified and then you wait yet another x30 days for the credit to go on your account .. so if you forget to save your receipt you loose the bonus , this has been going on fir well over a year now and yet every time I have to report the fact that my bonus is missing the creators of the app don’t seem to pick up on the fact that the same shop every time is causing this issue .So annoying , I’ve lost so much in rewards due to this and forgetting to save my receipt.. otherwise great but this is a horrible flaw in what could be a perfect app

Was waiting to use this app for a while before I gave a review and yeah...after the last update, I think I’m done with it! First the £5 reward option has been removed. Now, they’re taking longer to respond to missing transaction issues and also trying to wrangle out of giving the rewards. Occasionally a transaction doesn’t generate rewards within 14 days; no biggie, mistakes can happen. Previously I’d send a request, upload an invoice/receipt and my rewards have always been granted...up until this last update. I submitted a missing transaction ticket a few days ago and uploaded my invoice...the same kind of invoice I have always uploaded for this particular retailer. Lo and behold, I get an email today saying that my request has been denied due to the proof I submitted not being proof enough! It’s the same proof I have always uploaded, even as recent as last month when the very same retailer (Nike) didn’t put my transaction through!If I don’t get this reward, I’m deleting the account and uninstalling. I don’t have time to be missing rewards and being given the run around!

Two things to mention, firstly, both my partner and myself have this app on our iPhones. My partners version now has Waitrose back again (along with other new retailers) my app doesn’t and she is getting rewards for them so they must be back. I have removed and reinstalled the app, yet these retailers are not available? (We have different iPhones but running the same IOS version) it’s beyond weird. Secondly I made a purchase though Deliveroo, both the purchase and the reward have appeared as a minus number (the reward was instantly taken from my current balance, which is cleared rewards and not related to this transaction) surely if this is a transaction correction (they missed some items) it would be removed and update, not feasting on my already earned rewards? I love this app but it’s gone mad Update: Airtime support have resolved both my issues in very quick time. Happy with the response and explanation. Great work, thank you

I downloaded this app some months ago probably 5. I eventually reached a redeemable amount so allocated it to my phone supplier. It states that funds would be credited in 24hrs. This may be so but to see the credit you have to wait for your phone bill to see. I tried this and the credit was not showing so I called my supplier and was told there was no credit. I then submitted a enquiry ticket to see where my credit was. I was informed that there was a problem so offered a PayPal payment. After excepting this I supplied my details. I was then informed it would be paid in the next 10 days. I am still within this 10 day waiting period. So my redemption length has been 10 days so far with a possible further 10 days. Seems harsh to have to wait so long. Transaction wait time is long but hopefully I will have a quicker experience on my next redemption.
