Told about this scheme when I took out a new contract with O2. One of the easiest rewards schemes to use. Just register your credit cards and spend at member outlets and you build up points and save money on your phone bill. I have managed to get at least £10 off my phone bill every month – an excellent return. Would totally recommend joining this.

This is so simple to set up and get rewards for making purchases. You don’t have to do anything except add your cards. Then you reap the rewards just for adding them. I’ve had £20 back into my account so far and haven’t had it long. This is a fantastic way to get cash back.

Overall, good. It’s easy to connect your card(s)and then spend to collect cashback without having to activate most of the offers (unlike other apps). However, they still haven’t found a fix to connect Virgin Credit Cards despite them saying months ago that the fix will be soon.

Recently had excellent customer service when I had trouble redeeming £5 with a nationwide issue. I forgot to reply thanking Nathan but decided to feedback here. His help went above and beyond what I expected and I hope the issues are fixed across the board now.

It’s an amazing service, I love how it works in the background and you just go onto the app to redeem. No having to select offers etc. Only annoying thing - after every app update, it logs out. It doesn’t take ages to log back in, but it would be great if this didn’t keep happening, especially as the updates can be quite frequent.

Since the update I get logged out of the app now after every use & have to re add my mobile number & a 6 digit pin after every use. I Find the shops offering rewards that I actually use as very limited. Not heard of most these shops. Also personalised offers I’ve never shopped at those shops so why offer me rewards there, but pointless. Not as good as it’s made out to be.
