Call quality
Great quality direct calls no hassles
Worst customer service and app not efficient
It is impossible to ring the customer service number it just cuts off. Emailing them it takes donkeys of days or weeks to get response and if they do the issues don’t get resolved asap. It’s difficult to top up your accounts because a number of times the app isn’t working. I have topped up my world call but can’t use the credit, it says world call not registered yet I used to use it before. I have also topped up my 263 acc - money shows on credit balance but not on the banner. I have emailed customer service and an automated response says “try switching your phone off and refresh app it will be ok” but nothing after several attempts. I think the owners of this app a crooks and stealing people’s money. Crap app!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
Not recommended
Very very poor now not good at all. It cuts after every 14 seconds and before you know it there is no credit. The contact number for help rest doesn’t work anymore. I will not use it again
