Great - remove flashy ads
This is the best app. My meds make me alert in the evening and I can never wake up early. I love that I can preset everything for go to sleep and wake up and it just gets in with it. I use the sound waves and I could not believe it that it sent me too sleep. So I love it and listen to it sometimes when I'm relaxing\working at home. Only set the wake up for a while after using the night Time sounds. Wish I had used it earlier, it actually works well! Great for work less painful to wake up. I generally feel quite upbeat these days when I sleep so well. I must say I hate the flashing coloured adverts though. It's irritating when you actually are trying to go to sleep and you're setting the app.
This is the only thing that can wake me in the morning.
Good ability to mix sounds
As someone who generally can’t stand recorded ambient sounds and has never found them relaxing, I was delighted to find that the sounds on this app are less canned and repetitive than others, but still dubious as to whether they would offer any relaxation.
However, the ability to create custom mixes with different volume levels for each sound means I can carefully blend the seams in the tracks and create a balance that isn’t distracting or grating.
Thanks to this app, I’ve been able to get to sleep more easily for the past few weeks, and wake up gracefully without the jolt of a normal alarm.
On the downside, the adds are irritating, but not enough to sway me to buy premium.
Great when it works
The sounds are so relaxing and allow you to wake up without typical irritating or aggravating alarm noises. You do have to keep it open for it to work which is annoying and occasionally I don’t hear it. However it is definitely worth a try and I’ll never use my regular phone alarm again unless it’s something urgent for which I cannot oversleep.
