Alarmed ~ Reminders + Timers 4+

This app is just incredible. It's so helpful and without it my life would probably crumble. The massive range of features lets me do whatever I need to depending on the reminder. Timed or location reminders allow me to set things based on wether they are time dependant or if I just have to do it when I get home or go to school, 'nag-me' gives repeated notifications meaning I can't just hit snooze and forget what I need to do if it's important, the quick add time buttons make it really easy to change an alarm quickly for example: adding 1day to something like a piece of work I need to do means I just get reminded the next day if I don't want to do it that day. I highly recommend getting this app AND buying the optional extras pack for just £4 as the free version alone should be worth that much but it is free just by the grace of the creator! 5 stars from me!!

Would be 5 stars if it could override your phones silent switch, not the developers problem but still can be a problem if you mainly have your phone on silent.

I looked everywhere online for an alarm which could follow my shift pattern of 6 days on 4 days off 2 earlies 2 lates 2 nights, I just could not find one that does it. Then in my last try I found this and I’m so glad I did!

I’ve set up my alarms for each of my shifts to repeat every 10 days as it’s a ten day pattern. I have a prealarm which is my gentle nude then the alarm. I have the ‘nag’ set up for 6 times for each. I wear my Applewatch ⌚️ to sleep also most times and this app works on that too once installed, so I get my iPhone 📱 with audible alarm going off and the ⌚️ with the vibration on my wrist. I can snoze it from the watch or mark it as done to turn it off. It’s working great as my back up alarm as the only problem with this app is you have to remember to turn your phone off SILENT before bed. So if I forget to set my own iPhone alarms and forget to switch it off silent I could be in trouble. That has happened once when I naturally woke at the time I was due to leave the house! I never got ready so fast in my life 😱😂 So after that incident I bought a wind up alarm clock ⏰ as the third backup to hopefully prevent any future user errors 🤣

Just had this for a couple of days so getting used to it still. I am not totally sure about it yet and will review again when I have had it longer. I haven’t yet paid for the upgrade, and I’m not sure that I will. It all seems efficient and working well, but not if it’s my eye sight, because it’s all black and white I am struggling to focus on an individual entry. I know my sight is not so great for reading now I’m a bit older but it I think it could do with more colour to separate each entry. I don’t know if the paid version does this, perhaps someone could tell me? I looked briefly for some support but it seems to go to a FAC which I hate using, and when apps don’t offer support but direct you to their FAC instead, I always think the owners cannot be bothered to answer your questions and therefore don’t deserve the business. When will these people learn, if you’re offering a service, you have to provide it, its good business practice!
