I don’t usually leave reviews but I have had such good use of this app it would be bad if me not too. So quick and easy to set your sale and they accept boxes that are slightly damaged so you can still make your money when the delivery man has mashed up your stuff. 10/10 would recommend.
Latest update has ruined selling in this platform
Before this update alias /goat used to be my go to selling platform however since this new update it has ruined many things for example the introduction of this new regional and global sales is completely ruining the sellers side to selling . I always used to prefer selling in alias compared to stock x but recently the app is getting worse and worse. I’m planning on moving solely to selling on stock x as the account managers at goat never actually listen to any of the suggestions or complaints that I have as a seller. The seller experience on goat euse to be much better beofre all these useless unnecessary updates were brought into place. Pleases remove these useless updates and bring back the old way how this guy used to run. For now until this changes I will no longer be selling in this platform
Good app, Poor customer service.
The app is great, works well and is a good platform for selling shoes and apparel. However the customer service is poor. There is only one way to contact them and that is through submitting a ticket which so far has taken 5 days. The only response I have got is an autogenerated message saying that they are having delays in responding due to high volume of tickets. They need to have more than one way to contact them or make the system way more efficient than it is. It’s not good enough.
