Hi I’ve been using alibaba for some time now And I realize that shipping fee is very expensive like one basketball can cost for just two dollars but the shipping fee will cost about one hundred and fifty dollars in Ghana 🤨😡and that is very bad because of this I don’t buy from alibaba meanwhile I wanted to buy some stuffs from there but because of the shipping cost I don’t buy from there

So you pick a few items you can see the price you get to the basket and before you know it, the price is totally different to what you thought it was, I’ve tried to go for stuff that’s got no shipping but then you find when you get to the price bit, you put your card in they’ve taken the price that They shouldn’t .

I ordered four pieces of stock two pieces I ordered didn’t come and when I said they didn’t come they said I was out of the time to report it but sometimes items can take up to a month to come I had reported it I took a photo of the report but they still said I was out of time so I’m left with two items that are totally useless so I will not be buying from the site again

I’ve contacted several suppliers for a product I was interested in. I managed to find good prices but these companies were fraudulent. They steal legitimate company identities and use different bank details, together with fake websites, to attempt to scam us out of money. Alibaba - why can’t you verify businesses better before allowing companies to use your website?!? All you need is the directors ID verification to make sure the advert is legitimate. But I get it, you need more people using alibaba so you allow anyone to join. Maybe if you made it more secure, more people would join and use it for legitimate business. I find alibaba to be unsafe to use as I have to do soo much research to see if the company I’m dealing with is genuine or not! Unbelievable! So far, I find alibaba pointless. It hasn’t helped me find any of the products I am interested in.
