I can’t access my tickets . Useless
All the info on All Points East
Really good App, set times and interactive site map are really useful for planning the day at the festival.
Only criticism is the tickets within the app, not sure why this is needed when they are in my AXS app and this app just requires me to log in to my account to access, where they are just accessible in the other app.
Stress
When the app works it’s fine, but when you are stuck in the commotion of trying to get into the event, with no phone signal and tickets which ‘refresh every 30 seconds’ - this app is less than helpful. Please in future just send email tickets, this process added unnecessary stress to an otherwise good event.
