All You Can Books - Unlimited 4+

Clunky app, hard to find anything, need to log in every time you open. When you do manage to find the search button (good luck with that) the books are unlikely to include anything you’ve ever heard of, let alone want.
When you do download books they disappear next time you open.
If I was cynical I’d think it is just a scam to get your cr card details.

At about £11-12 per month I was expecting something more like Audible or Downpour- it was greatly disappointing, the app is extremely unattractive, the book selection is dire, couldn't find anything at all that I wanted, they're all old books with terrible fuzzy covers like they've managed to get them for free because they're out of copyright. I tried to download a language course but it was taking so long I gave up.
Also got a message from the fraud department of my bank asking if I'd authorised a payment to them (I hadn't, I was doing the free trial), other companies offer free trials and I don't get messages from my bank from them - All You Can say it was a test payment that won't go through and will disappear from my account in a few days but like I say, I've never had this from any other free trial.
All in all, the terrible book selection, app presentation and money stuff makes me suspicious and I wish I hadn't touched them with a barge pole.
Needless to say I won't be acquiescing to their incessant requests for recommendations to family and friends.

i tried the 30 day free trial and immediately wanted to cancel because this app is awful. however there is absolutely no way to cancel the subscription on the app! the “help” part of the app is appalling as it does not help with anything apart from telling you to download the app on the appstore! i have tried to call them but was on hold for a very long time as they said that they were ‘busy accepting other customers calls’. i am still looking for a way to cancel this awful subscription (which the price of wasnt even specified at the beginning might i add). hugely disappointed, would score 0 stars if i could. wish i had read the ratings first.
