Medical insurance claims are no longer a chore

Submitting medical claims on the website, or via fax, or even by mail was a chore which often resulted in claims not being submitted in a timely fashion.

Now with Alliance App the process, once the App is setup with your families details and the payment details, is very straightforward, simple and quick. Enter a few details and a simple description of the claim, take a photo of any receipts or documentation and upload it. The resulting claim number allows one to monitor the processing and payment of the claim.

The App has other features but I haven’t used them.

This is a great App that has allowed me to submit claims on the same day that the invoices are paid. What can be better than that?

Needs improvement

The app looks nice but lacks basic functionality. This starts with the login screen. When using a password manager to paste login details the login button remains inactive. Only when I delete the password and re-enter it manually the login button becomes active. Seems fairly easy to fix?

As other reviewers have mentioned over the last YEARS, the app should allow to add documents from your phone. As it stands I need to print out electronic invoices only to take a picture from within the app. Allianz is big on ESG but then forcing their clients to print an invoice is wrong in my view...

Good app with room to improve

This is a great application and we use it a lot. The time is gone where we had to fill in long word templates for a simple and small invoice. Thanks for that.
What we are missing in this app is access to photos or documents on the mobile device or computer. Often invoices come in as email attachments. Attaching these to a claim is impossible at this stage and would be a great improvement to avoid printing an attachment to then again take a photo of it.
