Made a payment via Apple Pay on the 22nd in the early hours 1.50ish am. It’s still pending in my bank and not been taken/grabbed from my account the app says it’s completed allpay and Apple Pay end. The old app would have completed this by now. Had to chase customer services today as this is next weeks rent and it’s now Friday! The app is really glitchy and Face ID doesn’t work plus it has lots of layers to it meaning you are re-directed to login again loads via what seems a Microsoft divert? Don’t like it and will be asking to pay rent via direct bank transfer.

Downloaded this app as suggested by the allpay app. Could not log in with my existing allpay details even though I am an existing customer! So I tried to create a new account, it sends me to the website, it seemed to do the new account setup successfully, but then would not recognise my new account on the app!This isn’t the first time I have encountered very poor functioning apps by large corporations. Why are these apps not fully beta tested??

The old Allpay app was temperamental to say the least but this iteration is 10x worse! Adding a payment method is fairly straightforward but getting it to actually process the payment isn't. 6 times it declined two different cards. Eventually one payment went through. Trying to click the help section just locks the app up and a force close is required. At least I can provide my landlord proof I've tried to pay as it helpfully lists the declined payments and generates a receipt. Perhaps the next version will be better as what's the point of a payment solution app where it won't let you pay?

Was asked to download the app but is misleading as before payment was secure and had all the information on file. But the all does not have any of the payment info or account detail all has to be put in including the payment which makes me feel unsafe and the number of security checks. Makes me think this app is not related to the web payment
