It doesn’t help that this app comes from the home of government spying but it is made worse by not allowing a unique email sign-in. For that matter, why does a Bluetooth app talking to a local Bluetooth device need a sing-in at all? Just looks like data mining to me.
The app does work and provides some very basic info without sign-in but refuses to remember the device or Bluetooth link if you don’t surrender your privacy.
Two stars as it does work but it’s pretty crap.

First of all I was annoyed that use can’t get the original one that this suddenly took over. Secondly I’m annoyed that it keeps going to a sign in page that you can’t get off. I just want to use it freestanding I don’t want to sign in and give my details to someone else. So you have to delete the app and reload it every time it gets stuck on the signing screen. And due to the little bits of Chinese writing coming up I tend not to fully trust the security although I’m probably just being paranoid. Can you please get rid of the signing in feature For people that do not wish to sign in.?? Or at least put a button there so you can get back to the power bank data page without having to reload the app every time. Thank you. Really don’t like having to sign into something especially when is no choice. Please remove that function. Update amount of times it keeps asking you to sign in to personal accounts leads me to think that there is nothing more than a spy operation going on with this program and if the manufacturer would like to contact me to put my mind at rest that would be wonderful. Because it’s really annoying and it’s stopping me from getting what it is I paid for.. Not to mention the fact the display screen broke

Like the other reviewers on here, I strongly object to having to sign in using my Apple or Google accounts in order to get the app functionality I paid for. Why is this necessary for a stand alone power supply device? And there is no back button, so once you reach that page you have to just delete the app, unless you want to share your important but totally unrelated data with who knows what Chinese organisation. Also, like other reviewers on here I too have found the display on the device has gone very faint, so I can barely read it. This product is absolute garbage in my opinion.
