ALLYcgm ALLYcgm allows for continuous monitoring of blood glucose levels when used with the ALLYcgm sensor and app. For more information on how to use ALLYcgm, refer to the user manual within the app. User manual printouts can be obtained by contacting the ALLYcgm customer care center. This app must only be used with the ALLYcgm System. Consult your healthcare professional to determine how to use this product before making any treatment decisions. ALLYcgm is indicated for continuous monitoring of blood glucose levels via measurement of glucose in the interstitial fluid in persons with diabetes mellitus aged 18 years and older. ALLYcgm is intended to replace standard blood glucose testing for diabetes treatment decisions, unless otherwise indicated. ALLYcgm helps to detect trends such as hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia by providing continuous blood glucose information, to manage changes in blood glucose levels through trend detection and pattern tracking, and to assist in diagnosis and treatment when consulting with medical staff. Should your glucose alerts and readings be inconsistent with your symptoms or expectations, you must use a blood glucose meter to guide your treatment decisions. ALLYcgm app provides the following features: - Real-time blood glucose measurement recorded every 5 minutes - Blood glucose trend arrows and statistics - Low/high blood glucose alerts, rapid changes alerts, and sensor replacement alerts - Event memos for blood glucose levels, ketone levels, insulin, oral medication, meals, exercise, etc. - Data sharing to the ALLYpro or website - Compatibility with smartphones may vary depending on the operating system, and information on compatible smartphones, additional legal notices, and terms of use can be found on the website (https://allycgm.co.uk). - For other technical or customer service issues, please contact the ALLYcgm customer care center.
