Points of interest
Easily navigate an integrated map to find helpful services near you. The Alphabet app directs you to the nearest charging stations, tyre centres and other services, giving you all the information you need for hassle free mobility.
Mileage Tracker*
Accurately track and report on your vehicle mileage throughout your day. This feature also includes a business/private mileage split and an exporting function that makes mileage claiming simple.

Contract information
Linking your contract to the Alphabet app will allow you to see a detailed summary of your vehicle and contract information, including any additional services that are applicable to you.
Damage reporting
In the unfortunate event of a driving incident, the Alphabet app offers a step by step damage reporting function allowing you to capture all the important information you need. Take pictures of the scene of the incident, add relevant details and let us take care of the rest.

What’s the point?
I have not been able to register my new vehicle after replacing another car through alphabet. My old car was still registered for around a month or so and my attempt at communicating this issue have gone unanswered.
Useless
What’s the point of having an app that you encourage people to use that don’t register the request with the correct team? I logged a glass chip request, had an email acknowledgment email. Heard nothing more. Called the number and there was no knowledge of the request.
App doesn’t work
Downloaded App added email said I’d be sent verification number via email, nothing arrived. Deleted App and tried again still no email arrived !
