Ratings and Reviews
Forget Uber
Clean, spacious, comfortable and safe cars (do not belong to the driver, belong to Alto and are in mint condition), amazing and polite drivers without making an effort to provide you a good customer experience. Overall, several notches up compared to Uber/Lyft and less expensive than uber exec (cost me almost half the price to get from Dallas Airport to downtown Dallas).
