This app is free and can be used even if you've run out of data, but download charges do apply for downloading from the App Store. When using the app overseas international roaming charges will also apply.

Brilliant customer service
Let down
Good value for use in Australia. I changed my plan to allow calls to UK numbers but when I tried to use it I continually got a message saying that I had insufficient credit. A half hour online chat did not resolve this.I’ve therefore gone back to my tried and trusted plan.

App not working
Every time I try to login to the app I get an error message saying Unable to connect to server, please try again
I’ve contact amaysim multiple times over email and they still haven’t been able to give me an answer as to why this is happening or help me address it. Pretty frustrating
