We are West Yorkshire's premier and largest cab operator with over 1200 partner drivers and vehicles using the latest GPS technology. It takes just 3 taps to place a new booking directly from the handy favourites list.

The app uses your location so your driver knows exactly where to pick you up. You can book a ride directly from the map and see how many available cars there are nearby. Get a fare estimate so you know the cost of your journey before you book a ride with us.

Planning ahead? Book a ride hours, days or weeks in advance. Whenever it's convenient for you and if necessary, you can cancel your booking at any time and we send you notifications with your bookings

Where is your driver? Track your car as it arrives on a map and call the driver directly from the app when nearby. No more guessing where your cab might be!
Get a referral digital gift code from your friends to receive an introductory offer. Introduce a friend and you’ll both receive exclusive referral digital gift code discounts for your rides.
Not carrying any cash? Register a credit or debit card and avoid having to stop at the cash point along the way. Receipts and invoices will be emailed to you after you’ve completed your journey and a breakdown of your booking in the app.
After the ride, you can rate and tip for your journey and provide feedback to help us keep improving the passenger experience.

It's so easy and quick to use, download the app and register just once. Our intelligent software will store your favourite pickup locations when you're ready to book your journey.
When you make a booking, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is minutes away giving you additional details such as vehicle registration number, make, model and colour.

Professional and courteous

Rang for a taxi to pick me up from Leeds General infirmary. I do not usually travel by taci but the whole process was easy. Text message to confirm my taxi and message re payment which was simple and straight forward.

The taxi driver was friendly and couteous and even waited to ensure I reached my door safely before leaving. First class service all round. Highly recommend!

Complete Joke.

Last night was the second time I’d used them for ages. The driver was twenty minutes early so I had to rush to get my bag packed for work. Ended up forgetting things but at least he wasn’t late.
This morning booked on for 07:30 pick up. Fifteen minutes later no taxi so I rang and was told ten minutes wait. Great. 08:05 it was down to three minutes. 08:10 a car pulled up on the wrong side of a locked gate that I do not have a key for. Driver said, “I got lost.” Eh there are only two ways on to the point I asked to be picked up from. Sat Nav, Sat Nav use it. This woman, who had seen the car ten minutes previous said he drove over the fields off the bottom road so that’s caused some damage to the grassed area I can bet. So that’s a public park maybe covered in tyre tracks, a complete idiot who should not be driving as he got right up the rear end of traffic in front. So it adds up to a wait of near on 50 minutes by the time he sussed out how to get to me then a wacky races ride home. I will not be using these clowns again and it’s a good job it wasn’t an airport run or I’d be waving bye bye to the plane.

No masks! 3 times!

In England you must wear a face covering in indoor settings such as taxis abs private hire vehicles. So why do your drivers not?

I reluctantly used amber this week (one of your drivers felt me up years ago and nothing was done). But wanting to avoid Uber and also pay by card (to avoid using cash), it seemed it was my only choice in leeds.

When loading my shopping in the car, the driver stood a foot or 2 away from me, no mask, as I filled the boot. When I asked do you have a mask? He nodded and reluctantly put it on, slowly, as thought I’d really put him out.

Last night a driver picked me up , I asked was it for me, he said yes and gestured to the door. I said do you not have a mask? He reached over to his glove compartment for a new medical/disposable one, seemingly not having worn one previously. I waited till I got in.

This morning I was unable to get a bus so got a taxi. Same thing AGAIN. The driver had no mask. When I asked please can you wear a mask? (At this point it’s ridiculous as it’s a LEGAL requirement), he sheepishly pulled a snood/scarf round his face. It slipped constantly throughout the journey, as it wasn’t a sufficient mask but a lose fitting scarf. I sat with two masks on, my coat done up over my face and the window open. And I wash my hands immediately before and after. So why can’t your drivers do the common courtesy of wearing a proper face covering to protect paying customers??
