AMBL is a game-changer! Quickly and easily found and booked a really nice restaurant, right in the centre of busy Shoreditch, to take some friends out for dinner. User interface is super sleek and intuitive, easily see videos/photos of the interiors as well as the menu options. It’s location-based recommendations and filters also made it really simple to find the perfect spot. They also have some really great places listed (that are usually hard to get into), and you can book right within the app! Highly recommended.

Used the app to make a last minute booking for my partner and I. Booking process was seamless and loved that the app helped us discover a new place to eat that we haven’t tried before. Will be using this app now (instead of Google which is a lot more admin and it’s hard to know if what you are getting is good) to make bookings and plan future meals out. 10/10 - Would recommend! Looking forward to seeing more restaurants show up in the App in the future.

This app is super useful if you are looking for somewhere to book, in the moment, as it provides real-time availability for some of the best places in London. It’s easy to search for somewhere nearby to go with only minutes notice, and it takes seconds to place a booking without the faff of having to call multiple places to see who has space. This is a game changer for anyone, like me, who is not a planner and likes to just see where the evening takes me.

When living in London and trying to decide where to go for food, you are spoiled for choice! However, knowing what’s available is another story. This app is super helpful to find available tables last minute and also in advance… recently I needed to book a group booking of 10 people mid December 1 week in advance which I thought was impossible, but I was able to find a perfect location with the help of Jayde on the Ambl team - thank you! 🙌

Going out for dinner and not knowing the area, or what may be available in the area is really annoying. Meaning you have to jump on google and find out what sort of restaurants are nearby and then contact them to check availability…This great free app does it all for you. It easily told me what was available at the time I was looking for, so makes last minute reservations so much easier!Highly recommended
