SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Amo is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Best workout app i’ve used!!!
This app is so different from the others. I like and need that motivational voice telling me to push through the workout which is what you get with this app. It’s like you’re getting a 1 to 1 session in your own home which is great in the current climate. But the best part of this app is that it suits YOUR needs and is interactive so you get that personal touch and can choose what you want to get out of the app. Definitely worth it!
Amo App is a game changer!
OMG! What an absolute killer today’s class has been! 5th week completed and still loving it and sticking with it 💪🏻 The motivation from Coach James defiantly helps to keep me on track and keep pushing. I’m loving this app. It’s a game changer! Highly recommend it to everyone. If you are unsure about downloading then don’t be, just give it a go. You have nothing loose and you will love it, no donut about it is constantly keeping you on your toes.
Amo is great, top fitness app - I’ve tried many
I may be bias as I’m a fan and follower of James Middleton but the app is clean!
When you first download, you fill in your goals and info about you and then the app will generate a workout programme for you. I don’t have any equipment so the app tailored the programme to only body weight exercising. The app takes the effort that can hold you back from doing exercise away, as the plan is just there ready and waiting.
The only pitfall is that it can become repetitive as some exercises and videos can become repetitive. But there a short videos that aim to help you feel motivated.
I think that James could add a diet plan, like he offers in his online coaching. Having this feature would set it apart from competition.
