Missing a feature
Was really easy to place the order and pay. But a massive addition would be order tracking, we became anxious as to when our order would arrive and I had to call the restaurant as there was no estimate or tracking.

Coming soon. We are a small pizzeria and that option is very expensive to implement but we will do it.

Easy and simple to use. Nice clear layout and very straight forward payment!

Terrible app - couldn’t order food.
On the surface it looks nice and easy to use but it isn’t. Kept getting caught in the postcode location page, would not let me close it or go back to the order. No way of being able to book an order for collection. No help button or support. Food looked lovely, though - guess we’ll never know. :(

Hi. We have thousands of orders a month and it works 99% of the time. My only guess is that you had an old version and that’s why it wasn’t working.
