Ana Chidzoy has created this extensive documentation of the standard Yoga poses, each of the 150 postures is given a breakdown of how to get into the pose, the effect it will have on your body and mind and importantly when not to practice this particular pose.

A professional Yoga teacher, Ana has not only broken down each posture with a guide picture but has created a series of sequences which link the postures together with suggested flows, these range from the basic 'warm up' through Sun salutations and also weight loss encouraging routines.

The app can be viewed both in Landscape and Portrait orientation and is an excellent guide for your Yoga practice.

An inspirational app!

I really like this! I haven't practiced yoga for years and lost the book I used to have.

This app has lovely pictures and great instructions. I think the author has a sense of humour telling you to close your eyes followed by '(when you have read this!)'.

Very nice app. I shall recommend it.
