Great for American audiences

This is a useful resource and some videos are relevant to all countries. However the fast majority are aimed at an American audience. It would be brilliant if there were videos for different countries.

Also some of the videos for DNA have not been updated for the last east website.

Finally the app has been working fine till now, but it now keeps crashing and will not open.

Not impressed

Very biased towards US users, some very basic omissions for people outside the US. This could be useful if it had been designed for all users not purely for American users. Some of the annoying comments in the presentations.
On Irish research you can ignore the 1911 census data as this is after the peak of immigration, so Ireland was empty after this time.
On English research the 1939 census is ignored as possibly very few people in America would have ancestors there at this time.
The presenter also said that Coventry was in the North, shows a lack of research, yes it is north of London but it is in the Midlands. Also the occupation char lady was somebody who worked for rich people, I bet most char ladies didn’t know that.
The comments in themselves are trivial but it showed a lack of knowledge but would be suitable for Americans but not for anyone else.
Sorry this was a good idea but it could have been so much better if it had been aimed at a wider audience.
I will not be watching anymore of these

Love this app but not all videos have captions so I get left behind as usual when this happens
