Animation Desk works like a digital flipbook. You can start from the first frame or a keyframe. Use the brushes or selection tool to complete their work.

Rotation screen
Could you add a feature were you can turn the screen around zoom in and out they have this feature on flipaclip but I’d rather it be on this app it would help me out a lot when animating
When I do I have to do my drawings on a drawing app because your app doesn’t have this feature and could you add an a range of different pens that are free like a maker pen that makes smooth lines and the have a pallets were you can save color that would be so helpful thanks hi the app is really glitchy when I try importing videos it freezes up and when I import pictures they don’t appear
App was better before update
I used to love this app and I used to use it all of the time. Since this new update, the app has been downgraded.
The new layout is not as good the drawing screen is too small, the rotating screen is often annoying (give us an option to stabilise it) and many of the brushes are locked forcing you you to create a KDAN ID. The problem with a KDAN ID is if you switch devices, your KDAN ID may be locked in the future and you won’t be able to access it on your new device.
Before, you were able to export animations without a watermark without having to sign up. Not anymore!
In the old version, the colour palette was FREE. Now you have to pay for it!
The selection tool and colour picker are unpredictable and sometimes they don’t work at all.
Exporting images into a frame is more difficult now. It will only go full screen on the background layer, not on any of the others.
Please go back to the old layout, or at least make big improvements to your current version, the old version was much friendlier and easier to use. The greed is hurting your app.
You went from by far the best animation app on the App Store to something that is just marginally better than the other bad animation apps.
If you could
You should add a feature that when you copy something you can move it to different pages even though there’s a feature to copy your work before. Sometimes you can forget so you have to start it all over again unless there is that feature and I can’t find it but overall I’ve been using this app for a while now and I’ve produced some animatics and I think it’s been great. With most the animation apps I’ve used doesn’t have a simple way of using them and not enough tools. I like this app. I recommend this for beginners because I’m one to 🙃
