Would be 5 Except for...

This is a great app. Very easy to use with a nice interface and good export options. It’d be 5 stars if you had the ability to mask / paint out parts of the picture you don’t want affected by the filter.

Has potential.

Like others have said, it would be great if you could select the part of a photo to animate. The ability to add text would be great as well.

Doesn’t Load

What an odd app. I saw it recommended somewhere and thought I would give it a try on my iPad Pro. I open it up, give it permission to access my photos and then nothing - it sticks on the splash screen.

Force close the app, try again and same result. Try twice more just to confirm this and yes, no progress whatsoever. Deleted.
