Welcome to Annie's Burger Shack
With the perfect combination of Real Slow Cask Ales and handcrafted traditional American burgers, the Burger Shack dining experience was born!
With our own Burger Shack & Freehouse, we are able to combine the best of both worlds; delicious handcrafted burgers and a fantastic range of individually selected Real Ales that are chosen by us, not a brewery!
Our burgers reflect the traditional way they were made twenty years ago (and even further back!). We make them in the authentic American way; fresh and seasoned to the grill, combined with a modern and ethically inclusive twist.
We are not about fast food, we are for the experience. So enjoy your surroundings, enjoy your time in the historical Lace Market and its beautiful architecture.

Delicious
Annie’s burgers are that good they give receiving a bj a run for its money!!! I’d eat them every day if I could…..but I’d be dead.
Not very good
Although I really like the restaurant, the experience ordering through the app is terrible. It was really delayed, the restaurant blamed the delivery company and the delivery driver blamed the restaurant. Either way it’s not my fault and someone should have taken responsibility. The food arrived cold and they’d made some minor mistakes with the order. I’m not going to be ordering again, lost respect for them after this.
Great Restaurant
Absolutely love this place. The app is still new but getting loads better.
