I can’t cancel my subscription!!!
I’ve tried to cancel my subscription because I’m in UK and Antenna plus app is not available!!!
So what’s the point to subscribe if it’s not available everywhere !!!
When I realised this, I’ve tried to cancel my subscription and the system failed to update. So it’s not that easy to unsubscribe!!!
I’ve contacted the help desk because they’ve tried to charge my account, hopefully I didn’t had any money in, and they’ve told me that the system will try two charge me 2 more times and if they can’t take the money then automatic the subscription will be cancelled!!!!
How awful is this????
Rubbish app - DO NOT download!
I downloaded the app to watch some of my favourite series and after watching a few episodes, the episodes stopped playing. I would click on one of the next episodes and it would throw an error.
I contacted customer support but I have found their service very unhelpful. They just sent me an automated reply with some potential reasons And ways to resolve the issue, of which none of them work. No user by user case service at all.
The reason I say this is because even though I specifically explained in my original email to them that I'm not using a VPN or different devices to watch the series on the app, they said that these might be potential reasons why the app is not working. They didn't read my email at all!!!
I have now unsubscribed and deleted the app.
Save yourself the money and don't download! It's not worth paying for something that is not working properly!
Complete let down n time waster
What’s the point of allowing people to go through the whole process of set up if unable to watch from another country or even from Greece when internet connection is not Greek? The only channel! And I can see replies from a year ago, you are constantly trying to “add features” and “fix this”. Nothing’s changed other than asking people to pay for Ant1+ 🤣 what a joke! Just warn people they cannot watch via non Greek IPs and end of story.

The free content of ANT1+ Lite is only available within Greece and Cyprus. If you have a subscription to ANT1+ and are temporarily in a European Union country, you will still have access to all ANT1+ content.
