UPDATE: I’m now 6 months into using the app and I can’t believe how good it has been in keeping track of my mood. It’s helped me take more intentional pauses and not put as much pressure on myself. I also love the “notes for therapy” section, which neatly summarises my tags, notes, sleep patterns etc and forms a great structure for my therapy sessions. I’ve recommended this app to all my friends!——This app is super sleek and has a nice and easy onboarding experience. Everything is well explained, all the privacy fears have been addressed before you get the chance to think the thought! Oh and it has an AI bot that helps you talk through your current mood! Genius!

This App is very user friendly and it’s quick and easy to get set up and in. I’ve used the calendar to track my mood, triggers etc. and even just consciously doing this step regularly I have found it calming as it reminds me that each day is different. After a couple of weeks I’m already noticing patterns and am using the guided routines to small steps in the right direction.

The app seems to make the same canned responses based on a few metrics. I didn’t see any benefit from the app, I’d check in occasionally and it just give me basically the same info it gave me the past couple of days. It has some baked in LLM but I never bothered with this feature.Wouldn’t bother with this app, as it just pulls info from Apple health and gives you a generic “how you’re feeling today” estimate. You’re better off from a privacy standpoint and been able to read more in depth info by sticking with Apple Health.

It’s only been a week, but the app’s already picked up on a possible link between my travel and how I sleep. It even made me realise I’d been using the wrong prepositions without noticing — now I’m fixing that, and hopefully my sleep will get better.
