I love this app so much because when you have had a stressful day you can spend any amount of time on this app doing pretty much anything to calm you down.
Here are just a few of some of the things you can do on this app ..........
- click slime
- turn switches on and off
- go though a guided meditation
-chop vegetables
Honestly I would be hear all day if I had to say them all.
For people with anxiety like me this is amazing because it may sound stupid but it honesty does calm you down. For example if something is playing on your mind you can always come on the app, forget about the issue calm down and deal with it is a controlled way and 9 times out of 10 the result to the problem is a lot better than if you would have worried about it.
I would recommend this app for so many reasons. This is just my honest review no one has told me to say this and it’s a really good app.

hallelujah! this app is almost as enjoyful as the birth of christ himself! praise the lord! lord almighty, the meditation on this app helped my arthritis really settle down throughout the night! although, the breathing periods are quite long and i did almost pass out once, but because as i was breathing and looking at the cross, i survived and did not perish into the darkest pits of hell. jesus himself rose, and his everlasting scent of beauty saved my heart from giving way. this app is a gift from heaven itself and i will continue to enjoy it with my love! also, i love the hallelujah song played in the background, i almost felt like He was there with me. wow. truly sensational. remember everyone, live laugh love!

This app is amazing! There are so many choices of calming activities on here that they calm you down in minutes. My personal favourites is the ambiance and the piano (recently got into playing piano). I would recommend this, however the ads are annoying. I totally understand that that is how you make your money from the game but something funny about the ads is that after you come off one of the calming activities and it ask whether you want to pay to remove ads. I press no and as if the app wants to make a point, it plays an ad 😂 Sometimes I find it funny but others it’s just annoying.
