Atrocious service and customer care!! An absolute disgrace.

Booked a cab through the app with their "platinum partner" company 'Premier Cars'. To start, the cab arrived 20mins late. When it did finally arrive the driver could not locate the house, which is on a very normal residential road and needed step by step instructions while I was stood out on the street (not sure what the GPS is for). Then about 6mins from the destination, the driver missed the turning, adding an extra 18mins to the journey! (Not sure if they think we just take cab rides for fun with no actual need to reach the destination). I immediately called 'Premier Cars' to complain and I was astounded at what I was met with. The manager was confrontational, extremely rude, condescending and very unprofessional. Not only did he refuse to accept any responsibility or admit any wrongdoing, he then accused me of complaining unnecessarily and to top it all off continually addressed me as "honey" throughout the conversation, even after I objected to this. (When I eventually did it back to him, he didn't seem to like it. Strange!). I sent a complaint to Minicabster that same evening through the app and have received no response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Do not use this app or service and stay away from their "platinum partner" cab company. An absolute disgrace.

Booked CAB, called for confirmation, CAB didn’t show up, almost missed my flight!

I booked a CAB for the day after early in the morning. I called them (as I already had issues with them losing booking requests which have been confirmed via their app) and they confirmed that they received the booking and that the CAB would be there at the agreed time. The day after the CAB didn’t show up and when I called them they spent time trying to find back the booking and to find a new CAB. Considering that I had to go to the other side of the city to catch a flight I had to run with public transports rather than waiting for a CAB who might arrive too late. I arrived 5 minutes before the check in closed! A part than a lot of stress now I have to run after them to get my money back (as they charged me for the CAB). I am reporting them to the onbundsman considering that this is not the first time I had bad experiences.

App filled with bugs with a useless customer service. The call centre is in the Philippines, with staff who have never used the app. I ordered a car which never arrived. Called the Minicab company who sent a different class of car. Despite two calls and promises on a refund, they dropped the ball. Minicab companies who use them bad mouth them and try to bypass them. Book a car and cancel. You will be contacted with a cheaper offer! Lastly, trips do not appear in the app, so you can't rate the companies or leave feedback. Which makes you wonder why they have ratings in the first place. Avoid like the plague.
