Needs work
I’m on a iPhone 13 and it seems to be very glitchy. I had to close the app several times when placing the order as I would be in the main and it would suddenly start “loading” with the pizza symbol but nothing would happen. There’s no feeling or nice graphics or nothing to the app.
Love the food, but difficult to place an order
I’ve attempted to use the app to place 2 order before, but had to telephone the order instead both those times. Third time which was successful after a real struggle, the app asked me to write this review.
Honestly, could be good. Has serious buffering issues and that app seems to refresh randomly and clear your order quite often. Took 4 attempts to add my order to the basket without the refresh clearing it. The redirect to a payment website failed twice and didn’t accept my Mastercard, had to switch to a Visa to make it work. App then crashed after the order was placed. Go into the order history to track it… tracking says 0:00 minutes and “in preparation”. So a useless feature to be perfectly honest.
Website for mobile is also just as bad.
Advice to potential app downloaders: Don’t bother, go get your laptop and place an order on their full website or place the order via telephone.
