Awful! Not joined up with their business process
Worst customer experience ever. Used the app to report a claim, the app enables selection of car parts where damage has occurred and upload of photos this is the best feature and unfortunately the only one, all else fails. I completed upload of app and recorded my damaged vehicle bonnet with notes, thereafter it took 6 weeks for an engineer to arrive, no notifications from this app, they handover to sub contract repair companies who are not provided access to the information I recorded in this app, after waiting for an engineer to arrive it transpires they cannot repair scratches for bonnets anyway and instead compensate towards a repair elsewhere, I am still chasing the company for that 12 weeks since recording the details in this app, still notifications or updates not received via the app, essentially the reporting of the problem ignored, this app, needs a HUGE amount of work doing to provide an experience that meets today’s standard customer expectations where customer effort is minimal and the company is proactively managing the customers case via the app, sorry to say all is disjointed at the moment making the app a worthless tool, could be so much better, try harder please!!!!
Poor customer experience
I was told this was the easiest way to cancel. Not a good experience. Took my credit card details for the £35 cancellation fee and then ended abruptly. Kept pressing the “continue” button but nothing happened. Is my policy cancelled? Will I receive a prorata refund? Useless! I’ll now need to phone them unless I get an automated email confirming these things (which has not arrived yet).
Twice tried to use twice failed
Using latest IOS on iPhone se. First time I tried to load months ago, never got past my Reg details, this time manage to get to screen with email address etc.. then get please wait ‘nothing happens’ just hangs. Have tried over 4G and WiFi have reset phone. Basically app is useless
