Must have NASA TV
I got this so I could watch streaming NasaTV on my iPhone. Streams brilliantly. Strangely addictive during shuttle missions. Excellent.
NASA's own app is much better
Before NASA did their own app, i gave SpaceGeek 5 stars.
The live NASA TV streaming is good and the only iPhone app with it I believe. But everything else is done much better in the NASA app, and so I've dropped my initial score to 2 stars.
The pics of the day are very very low res, and you only get 5, and usually two are the same pic! NASA's app scores much better with mission filtered news, pics and vids.
On the plus side, the guys did answer emails fairly quickly (they fixed a prob with the streaming after I reported it and mailed me back).
Suggestions: add a page or at least a link to the NASA TV schedule. Add a LOT more pics, and mission filtering like NASA iPhone app. Add ISS location feature.
In short, if you think a quick button link to NASA TV is worth the price (don't knock it, it's nigh on impossible to get NASA tv on iPhone otherwise), go for it, else get the NASA app instead.
