ApoTune FON – Die professionelle Cloudtelefonanlage für Apotheken.
Eine filialübergreifende Telefonzentrale für beliebig viele Standorte? Mit ApoTune FON kein Problem. Dank der ApoTune FON App, können Telefonate am Smartphone komplett Standortunabhängig angenommen werden, sodass der Anrufer überhaupt nicht mitbekommt, wo man selber gerade ist. Auch ausgehende Anrufe werden standortunabhängig über die Festnetznummer signalisiert. So ist für den Empfänger des Anrufs die eigene Handynummer nicht sichtbar.
Die Benutzeroberfläche ist einfach und intuitiv. Dank interner Kurzwahltasten hat man in der App immer den Überblick, welche Leitungen in der Apotheken gerade belegt sind.
Dank der professionellen Warteschleifen, können die Kunden gezielt an den passenden Standort oder die passende Abteilung gelenkt werden um überflüssiges Telefonaufkommen zu vermeiden.
Für die Verwendung der ApoTune FON-App ist ein ApoTune FON Account erforderlich
