What a present to the UK market

I am so exited to use this service in the UK – being a devoted client of this company for years in Ukraine and now being able to experience the same level of service in the UK 💛

The Credit Thing for me is about humans helping me with my issues in minutes not robots, beautiful design, intuitive app and FAQ menu, and the company being on my side at all times.

If you live in the UK I believe it’s a must to use this service and support the company, so that we can show the world what is a perfect digital service 🙌🏻

Best customer support

I had an issue with a money transfer. Before I could contact Support, they proactively reached out to me for some information needed to review my account. The whole issue was resolved in about 15 minutes on Saturday. I really appreciate them working out of hours to help customers.

If you are not eligible then dont expect a mobile payment account

I applied and was not eligible which is not a problem but when they state the following in their app description then I expect a mobile payment account:

“If you are not eligible for credit yet, we’ll give you a mobile payment account until you are.”

I got into a chat with their support and I was simply told I am not eligible for credit and when asking more specifically about the mobile payment account, they asked me where I got my information from and said I my application was unsuccessful, yet again.

On a side note, my credit not great but its not bad either, I have just decided not to utilise credit services for the past 10 years to improve it. I take it they want to just leave bad credit searches on my credit file with their trickery app description instead of giving a chance to improve it. I wouldn’t mind if I got the mobile payment account so that I can prove my credit worthiness.

When your application is unsuccessful we don't leave a hard search on your credit file, so this will not harm your score in any way - nobody else can even see your application with us.
