Buggy and poor rewards

Too many time I have nearly completed the surveys to be told my profile don’t match. I would like to think it is a bug... and obviously no rewards. Also, the recurrent one is the ‘survey is full’ near the end of complete survey!
The pre-screening can take up to 5 minutes and obviously 5min wasted of your time if you don’t match the profile.
The rewards are poor. You get points by filling survey and only when you reach a certain point level that you are able to get your price money with a selection of e-vouchers. You have to spends hours of survey filling to be able to claim £10.
I also found the inconsistency of survey formatting very frustrating. It is not always optimised for mobile.
The consumer service do promptly reply but with generic pre-filled answers.

Hello Cecil, I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. I'm sure you have already noticed by now that each of the surveys we offer is targeted towards a very specific demographic, so you might not always qualify. To increase your chances of qualification, ensure all your profiles are completed / updated every six months. We can understand being screened out is unpleasant, especially if it happens towards the end of the questionnaire, but I can assure you we are actively doing our best to improve the global user experience. I am sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our support teams' responses. In the future when contacting our customer service, please make sure to send as many details as possible about your problem, for example the survey number and a full screenshot of the issue. By supplying this relevant data our helpdesk can better assess the situation and quickly find satisfactory resolutions.

Don’t bother

Complete waste of time. You repeatedly have to fill in all your details and most often you spend a significant amount of time answering questions just to be redirected to the home page and told ‘survey full’ or you are not what they are looking for (even after completing surveys that are supposed to help provide you with suitable ones). Also, I am sure they send your email on to companies as I filled in a survey question related to buying insurance and then received an email from an insurance company trying to sell me some. Have never received insurance spam before!

Hello! Each study we offer is targeted towards a very specific demographic and for this reason you might not qualify for all the surveys in which you participate. If you are not part of the targeted demographic (or the quota for your group profile has been reached) you are screened out and the survey will close. To minimize your chances of being disqualified from our studies we recommend that you keep all your profile surveys completed and updated every six months.
Please rest assured that any personal information you may be asked to provide is solely for the purpose of building & operating a worldwide proprietary database of panelists, in order to conduct market research studies and we provide your responses to our surveys on to our clients in anonymised and aggregated form.
