First time App use
Perfect. Called for taxi on App. Advised, almost immediately, “taxi arriving at pickup location in 2 minutes”. Shoes on & downstairs. Taxi was just pulling up as we came outside. Courteous & careful driver dropped us outside our destination. No complaints whatsoever. Good job.
Charged My Card, No Taxi
I feel I have to write this review as my first experience has been nothing other than poor
Took ages to setup an account, and ensured I had a card registered before I could even search for a taxi
Tried to get a taxi from next to a taxi rank in Florence on the edge of city to my hotel further out, roughly 6km away.
Stated there would be a wait between 19 mins and I think 30 mins and price ranging from 32 Euros to 42 Euros … all are approx. Wasn’t ideal but didn’t have a lot of options at the time. Accepted the booking at which point they charged my card. Then app finally started looking for a taxi, only to tell me that none available. Tried again and got same result. Had to abandon
Got a message from bank this morning, saying that refund had been made and funds would be available within 5 days ! … cheers apptaxi!
Total waste of time for me, inconvenient, didn’t even give me an exact price, and scandalous that they take the money based on the highest estimate before even searching for a car!
Taxi for Verona airport
Driver turned up on time and drive to the airport was very comfortable and quick taking the stress out of me getting to the airport on time! Thankyou and highly recommend this app
