In response to feedback, we've made design tweaks to the headings in the transactions section – making it easier to tell the difference between pending and completed transactions. We've also added exchange rates back into the transactions details section for customers using their cards aboard.

Aqua suits my needs.
Ok Aqua, your app can be a bit buggy. Sometimes won’t open, but I can live with that, however it can be rather frustrating.
I’ve not made a payment through the app so I have no experience with that, I just make a payment direct from my banking app every Friday, and that suits me well.
As a company, I’ve never had any issues. Sure the interest is high, but it’s suited to me.

Awful app - website and app is down
Don’t think I’ve once opened this app without there being an error message pop up or it being buggy. The app doesn’t remember your card details to pay off balances, payments don’t always get accepted although I’ve previously seen money taken out my account after it saying it was unsuccessful, and currently, the app and website are both down so I cannot pay anything off - convenient for you, Aqua?
If you’re trying to build credit score up, I would NOT recommend this. Have a scroll through all the other reviews and take that as a sign that you should not get a credit card with Aqua.

I am sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience with our app. Over the weekend we experienced a server outage causing both our app and website to go down, however I can certainly assure you this was neither convenient for us nor intentional. This has now been resolved, so if you try again you should be able to log in. If any issues do persist, please call us so that we can offer further assistance - Leigh
It’s frustrating that it doesn’t remember the payment source for example: each time I’d like to make a payment I have to go and find my bank card and enter it manually.
Also there’s a limited on how many payments you can make each month which makes no sense at all.
On the whole it’s a great app.

Thank you for the review and for the suggestion. Having a feature to get the debit card details saved on the app is currently being worked on right now. Once this is available, we will release an update.
In regards to limited payments, this is in place for security reasons. We do offer alternative payment options if you've reached the limit and this can be found either on the back of your statement or under the FAQ section on the website - Nicole
