Faulty purchase

PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!
Initially this app amazed me in comparison to other iOS arabic dictionary apps.
This is because it had many different translations of words and included Classical Arabic words. In addition, the audio pronunciation was clear and slow, as is should be. Also, you have the ability to write in Arabic or English and there’s a history log of the words you search.
The problem was that after a while of using the app, it told me I needed to purchase to remove the ads or watch the ads. So I decided to purchase it and it told me purchase successful. However, I still get the same message, telling me to watch ads??
Now I don’t know what to do. I either want my money back or please fix the issue as I really need the app to work.
Also, it would be helpful if the app could translate sentences and had plural and singular of the word.

Very helpful to students but even to a higher academic I recommend it and has been with me for years, thank you for this app

The Arabic dictionary is good it gives you the meaning and explain, if the word can take another meaning. In order to clarify the difference between the Arabic and English language
