Very clear and concise layout with all the information and images of the products, straight forward and user friendly format.
Works sometimes
I love their clothing can’t beat it for quality although prices are something they could look at and deals for loyalty. Their stock levels are not great sizes often are showing out of stock. Their App works most of the time but they do have moments when it fails for a few days. For Black Friday most of what they are advertising is out of stock it’s shameful really and I would suggest just marketing. The one area they need to focus on is loyalty. I have been buying their products for years and very seldom am offered any kind of discount. There after sales service for warranty can be slow but they do get there and the outcome is excellent. I love their clothing and footwear just not the prices.
