Not impressed

Often hangs, or gets stuck in a loop when trying to disconnect. Not seen any performance difference between this and their cheaper standard version. If I could get a refund I would.

UNUSABLE in China currently

Website and app provides no support contact so I’m forced to leave a message here instead.

Service has been generally good until the last week or so. Now I cannot connect to any VIP server from China “VPN server did not respond” even though it will receive a ping from several of them when checking.

I know China have recently been cracking down on VPNs but it is a part of your service and feature of your product to be able to circumvent these issues. Please find a way around this or else a customer (and likely many others) will be lost.
