Love it! But could use some improvements..

I’ve been using this app for a while now and I have to say I love it. Amazing concept and really fun being able to add friends and also see your weekly and all time stats. Also really practical for finding new workouts and creating plans and being motivated to stick to them. Solid app!

But this app does have a few minor issues. My one remark is that when you’re logging body weight exercises. If your body weight is say 70kg, it will add 70kg to your total volume lifted. But as you know doing a single squat isn’t actually lifting up 70kg. Obviously it’s hard to make body weight exercice volume accurate so I understand but just wanted to point that out. I just didn’t want my total volume lifted to be so innacurate as with one 20 min abs workout it added 25k kgs of volume lifted to my total.

Anyways still a great app and highly recommend to gym rats or beginners!

Great app, some things to improve

App is fantastic. Bought the lifetime membership almost immediately after tracking a few workouts. Free version is all that's really needed but did want to support the creators due to how many different exercises there are available, how easy it is to use and the fact that if, like me you love the sense of achievements, it essentially turns it into a trackable game. With all your prs, all your muscle groups trained for the week, reminders to take rest days and to plan your week out etc.

I do suggest a few improvements, for example, when you've created a workout, it would be nice if you were able to set the amount of sets you plan for that specific exercise. So it defaults to just 1 set per exercise and you add your following sets as you complete each. If you were able to default to whatever exercise it is you've selected and choose a starting of whatever amount of sets you know you'll complete in that exercise so that it could track the previous 3/4/5 sets with the previous workouts weight as it currently only defaults to the previous workouts starting weight on set 1

Suggestions

I love this app it makes the gym like a “game” with real useful information this is definitely a great alternative to those boring tracking apps although I would like having everything into the one place not having to go to different apps to track macros and whatever else definitely a feature would be a macros tracker that can be set from public to private another thing is to be able to post pictures after a workout with the stats of what u did atached and also a weight tracker to see how much u lost/gained this also could be a public or private thing with goal weights this brings new opportunities for more trophies a progressive overload would be nice to see the last time u did the exercise how many reps and weight u did just suggestions know this could be hard and maybe not the focus of the app but I would look into it
