ArtPose Pro 12+

I've been using this app on the my iPhone for a while and, even if it's not perfect, it's been quite helpful and useful. It's not very fluid and the "lens" distorts proportions quite a bit, but it's still pretty good. I decided to get it on my desktop mac, to avoid having to do use it on my phone and send the exports to my desktop, but it's unusable. Without the 2 button mouse with the wheel you can't use half of the functions, so you can't pose the models. I'd say a 4 star review for iPhone (and I believe iPad too), but a 1 (if not a 0) for desktop.

Low quality iOS port with a terrible game style interface and a complete derth of any standard Mac controls or shortcuts. Long non-skippable animated intro every time you launch it. The app is controlled by icons in the far corners of the screen making it a real chore to switch between the posing and camera positioning modes. This might have been ok on an iPad, but on a 15 or 27” screen forget it. Worse still the only way to get anything outputted from this program is to capture a screenshot which is ridiculous if you want to use it as the basis of getting a pose for a digial artwork. Oh and it’s still a non-retina app in the year 2018.

I had high expectation for this app. In 2023, resolution is blurr ui is terrifiying
