October is apparently November
(This is on the iPad Air version, haven’t checked on my Phone yet)
The new update for the app, whilst giving a nice look does not make up for the bugs it has, especially for the calendar.
October’s calendar, when you click on the lessons say that start on a specific date of November e.g. click on a lesson on the 6th of OCT but it says 6th of NOV, not to mention some of the lessons (thank goodness for E-vision) are completely missing.
I really hope these bugs are fixed.
App won’t open at all
Had the app since first year and today it has randomly logged me out and provided me with a blank white screen with only “select profile” on the top section of the screen. I have tried deleting and reinstalling as well as restarting my phone and the issue is persistent. It was very useful app and I have used it nearly every day at University to check emails and schedules.
This app was one of the few genuinely good things about ARU and now it’s stopped working :(
Unable to even log in, no solution provided from ARU IT team
I downloaded the app, however it does not let me log in and the only solution provided by ARU is me not to use the app.
After visiting ARUL’s I centre (which was pointless as they could not provide any help) and 15 mins on the phone with ARU’s IT team, I’ve been advised that since I am entering the correct log in details (which is the case as I was assured over the phone, furthermore, I am able to log in to my E-vision account and my student e-mail address).
If you can’t make the app work, why you allow people to (and advertise) download it??
