*** update to 4* Jan ‘26 app problems were resolved in full with lost points reinstated after contacting Ask Italian directly- there had been UK wide issue that messed up on the night I visited. Apologies, I should have updated review earlier *** Ask is a distance away from home so visits are well planned in advance. Came to my nearest branch with a birthday voucher on app. App has been frozen since before we arrived. Will they still give us £10 off I wonder? 🤭

Everyone is Useless
As with other reviews, app won’t get past the first page, it just freezes. Note to developers, you state to use newest app version. There is only one version available. Make sure you carry out thorough testing checks to make sure your app works properly for everyone before releasing to the public.After a week I noticed an app update, to which I am very pleased to say worked perfectly and the app has been used successfully. Thank you!

App worked fine and I think I had two stamps. Haven’t been on it for maybe 6 months and it’s deleted my account. I have made a new account and seems to work fine again but just annoying. I don’t go often enough (because i don’t live near an ask) for the stamps to matter so much, the deal is what I’ve used it for the last two times, and the deals are good (eg 2 for 1 main or free pasta dish) so I would recommend the app just for that. But still frustrating having to make a new account and losing my lemons!
